Buffalo Grilled Chicken with Blue Cheese Sauce

The original recipe is the Boneless Buffalo wings, but it’s common to adapt for Buffalo Chicken tender. And here, as I wanted to try keep it a little bit healthier, I haven't fried the chicken. I grilled it.
It ended up as delicious as the fried one.
I think it’s the perfect appetizer to serve in the happy hour, because the spicy flavor combines perfectly with a beer. I also added a blue cheese sauce super easy to prepare and super delicious too.

Buffalo Grilled Chicken with Blue Cheese Sauce – serves 2

Grilled Chicken Ingredients:
250g chicken breasts sliced (boneless, skinless)
1 tablespoon of butter
1 teaspoon of garlic
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste

Buffalo Sauce Ingredients:
1 tablespoon of butter
4 tablespoon of pepper sauce (I used Tabasco)
1 teaspoon of black pepper
2 tablespoon of worcestershire sauce
1 level tablespoon of spicy paprika
2 tablespoon of Vinegar
3 tablespoon of Ketchup

Blue Cheese Sauce Ingredients:
150g blue cheese
100g table cream
1 tablespoon cream cheese

Preparing the Buffalo Grilled Chicken:

- Cut the chicken in slices with 1, 1 ½ fingers thick (don’t need to be exact)
- In a pan, add the butter and the garlic and let it fry for a minute
- Add the chicken pieces and wait 2 minutes or until they are golden on one side
- Turn to the other side and let it get golden
- Reserve
- In the same pan, add the butter and the buffalo sauce ingredients. Mix it. After the texture be uniform, let it simmer over low heat for one minute.
- Cover the chicken with the buffalo sauce and reserve.

Preparing the Blue Cheese Sauce:
Just mash the blue cheese with a fork and mix it with the table cream and the cream cheese.

Serve the Buffalo Grilled Chicken with the Blue Cheese sauce.
Enjoy ;)

Love, Deborah
